Starting time for Runners/Paddlers is 14h30 and Walkers start at 14h40.
Entry Fee is R 70.00 for walkers/runners and R100 for paddlers that includes on line entry and results. T.shirts for all competitors that complete the race in the cut-off times. Gonubie cut-off is 17h00 and cut-off at the finish is 18h00 for runners / paddlers and 18h30 for walkers. The Prize-giving will be held at 18h00.
